He can't be convicted on more than one charge otherwise it's double jeopardy
ETA: Correction, looks like Minnesota law is fricked up and you can convict someone of multiple homicide counts for only one homicide

The bios of a few jurors were leaked and 4 of them wrote in their pre-interview that they saw the video and already sided with George Floyd but they pinky-swore they would keep an open mind.

The only person in this thread who has had their mind made up since last May is you. A large number of us have had our minds changed from guilty to not guilty by the trial. Clearly it wasn't that obviously beyond reasonable doubt.

He said he hopes there is peace if 2nd degree is the conviction. He also said it's so politized it won't matter there will also be riots no matter what.
