If this is true, why an hour long cross?

And why the need for 50k+ disclosures delivered to the defense a day before testimony?

Prosecution knows they have lost, if not by jury, then on appeal.

Dr Fowler getting a little agitated.

I don’t think so. He is being very deliberate.

The judge has had to scold the prosecution 3 times now.

why would he get frustrated by that unless he were biased in his opinion? yes or no shouldnt offend a neutral interpretation

Because it's natural to explain yourself especially in pretty tense situations. Multiple times throughout the trial the lawyers and judge have to remind witnesses and jurors (in jury selection) that they aren't having a normal conversation. What he's doing is far more natural than simply answering yes or no.

Perhaps agitated wasn’t the correct word, maybe wondering if his fee is worth the trouble

More like putting the jury to sleep. He obviously didn’t take speaking 101, audience taps out after 15-20 minutes.

Not if he's paid like the prosecution's witness which has a minimum 8 hour requirement to be paid for trials. He likely won't testify 8 hours today.

Because he is being asked "yes or no" questions to things that have nuance. They aren't "Is the sky blue?" type questions.

Just this morning you were trying to argue Chauvin killed him by holding his head near the exhaust pipe.

more expert testimony that GF was suffering from hypoxia and struggling to breath instead of resisting. the defense witness from yesterday looks even worse now. that use of force expert couldn't tell the difference in struggling for breath and resisting. yet he insisted it was resisting, and this is contrary to multiple experts on both the prosecution and defense saying it was struggling to breathe.
