I like how he said he thinks it was just the witnesses opinion on it being justified, as if the State's expert witnesses didn't have opinions. Also, that he is "the one police officer" the defense could find to say it was reasonable. Sure, he is the only police officer in the country who believes Chauvin did nothing wrong, come on. At least this witness teaches use of force and crowd control and has practical knowledge of these situations unlike the law professor.

From a single frame of a picture it could produce pain and be a use of force. He also said in general that position is unlikely to produce pain.

Wouldn’t say completely blown. Doing the same as Nelson did which is identify conflicts. The position can not be a use of force in general but the way applied could convert it to such.

GF said everything hurt and he couldnt breathe when no one was touching him.....he lost all credibility when he resisted arrest
