Wow, so the death was "due to the stress of his interaction with the police resulting in...." not because of the subdual restraint and neck compression.

what was that stress due to? the subdual and restraint

he was referring to all cause deaths which would include car crashes, shootings, hangings, etc. so yea id imagine he found deaths with lower levels

The stress of being arrested. It's why he was saying he couldn't breathe prior to being put on the ground. Come on AMS.

I’m sorry sweetheart. I know you’ve been wish casting something furious for 2 weeks. But this cross seems to be a death blow to the states case.

Now I'm understanding why ams ( she/it) only appears late at night after the trial is over.

Stress because he’d just been caught pushing counterfeit $$ and in the company for his drug dealer and starting eating the drug evidence? I’d be stressing like a motha in that situation, even before a cop ever put a hand on me.

Didn’t the ME just say the knee wouldn’t have caused asphyxiation? How is his cause of death still homicide?

So now the ME is lying on the stand.

Doubtful he is one of the only witnesses who read their transcripts

He likes his job and home. He got his marching orders when he received that " high level call".

Just so I'm straight, GF had severe heart disease, an enlarged heart, multiple narcotics in his system, fought with police, but it was restraining him that killed him even with no finding or evidence of physical asphyxiation?

Not even just that. The ME said that the knee didn't even cut-off the airway.

So he is labeling a shooting death as an overdose death? He specifically said that in the context of overdose deaths.

ah good catch. what other drug levels and factors were contributory in those overdose deaths? besides this was not an overdose death in his opinion. GF was overwhelmed due to the subdual and restraint. obviously drugs didnt help, but they were not the cause of death.
