AMS, what if DC was chasing GF on foot and he has an arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, etc., is DC to blame?
So AMS, if the ME said there was no physical proof of asphyxiation and that asphyxiation didn’t cause his death (which he just said) how did DC cause GF’s death?

Which is crazy to me because medical professionals, with time to study all of the facts, lab work, and autopsy in a relaxed setting can’t come to an agreement. But a police officer is supposed to diagnose all of this correctly on the street and accommodate the criminal differently? Come on.
Agreed but recognizing a drug overdose in the setting of all of these other health issues, especially in the heat of the moment with an out of control criminal, is a tall task.

Didn’t the ME just say the knee wouldn’t have caused asphyxiation? How is his cause of death still homicide?
When a normal person is exercising or exerting energy their coronary vessels dilate to allow more blood flow to the heart because it’s beating faster. A person with 90% occlusion is already maximally dilated at baseline, so there’s no room to dilate more to accommodate for the increased heart rate. I’m surprised this wasn’t brought up when they discussed the blood supply to the SA node.

Either idle like you would in a no wake zone or fly by. Slowing down to less than 20 is just gonna throw a bigger wake. And if you don’t know this you probably shouldn’t be driving a boat in the first place.
Gotta stick it out. Easier said than done but if you show the pup attention after it cries, it’ll see that as rewarding.
