Absolutely not.

Exactly. Reasonable doubt that Chauvin's actions killed him.

That abrupt ending of the questioning of the ME, makes me think that this cross is going to be huge for the defense.

The pills could have been absorbed through the mucous membrane in the mouth prior to being spit out as well.

I can't believe how short that direct questioning was and it ended so abruptly after saying that the drugs and heart issue contributed. Seems like an oof from the State.

Yup they left it off with that the restraint wasn't the direct cause. That is sloppy. Don't want the jury to have that be the last thing they hear before this break.

Odd, right? To hear the analysts talk he was going to be a bombshell witness for the State but that was anything but.

you were trying to refute the statement that 'there was not a lethal obstruction of the vessels' by saying 90% blockage seemed signficiant, probably to suggest you believed it could be fatal.
I said significant. Don't leap to conclusions or try to read minds. You're not good at either.

I never said 90% blockage isn't 'significant', just that its not lethal .I could see how an arse-ignorant cocksucker such as yourself would struggle with reading.
Again, I didn't say you said that. I asked if 90% is not significant.

Once again, you let your emotions get in the way of simple conversation. That's a very feminine quality.

HLN...loving prosecutor on Baker...

Guess they missed the critical comment by Baker...

"Enlarged heart, thin or blocked arteries...."

i mustve missed this part. who said it? because yesterday the witness said the opposite.

You did indeed miss that part. Yet you admonish others who are keeping up with the trial.

Either way, he had 11ng of fentanyl in his bloodstream.

This was my thought. Not much if anything of a tablet is making it past the stomach acid in tact. It will all be dissolved. If it was one of those controlled released capsules that the drug leaks out but you shite out the capsule shell, it would be different. Ain’t no street drugs that will have a ghost capsule

They would probably be fired if they weren't pro-guilty.

Court Tv talking head basically just said this witness sucked for the prosecution.
