It really is a shame we don't have more trained pulmonoligists in law enforcement.

The pulmonologist is really leaving himself open on cross examination by quoting such specific values and times.

Despite his extensive CV, it makes him come across more as a researcher than a practitioner.

Didn't I hear that GF was getting over Covid? That surely could have affected his lungs.

Agreed and plays well to the jury. Nelson is going to have a lot to attack but will also have to be very careful as this is certainly the most intelligent witness the State has brought to testify.

The “ambulance chasing” lawyers (panel) on Court TV are perplexed as to why Eric has little to no objections while the good Dr testifies.
Eric’s cross examination will answer their questions and will be must see TV. Can’t wait!

Wow, said if someone can speak they can breathe is a false sense of security because it doesn't mean you will continue breathing. Seems like reasonable doubt for Chauvin not realizing anything was actually wrong.

Defense needs to ask “would COVID-19 have attributed to his death?”

Of course, in this case you do not hear the MSM stating this.

the MSM

after shadow banning everything to do with the trial since it began, the now top trend on twitter is now Dr. Tobin

quote:

“The toe of his boot is no longer touching the ground, this means that all of his body weight is being directed down at Mr. Floyd’s neck,” testified Dr. Tobin.

im thinking this is some sort of perceived boom that will rouse all the idiots?

He claims Chauvin’s training is based on bad research. That seems irrelevant to this case, assuming DC followed the training he was given.

Exactly. How is that Chauvin's fault. His job isn't to do the research and create the policy/training. His job is to take that training/review that policy and apply it. If he followed the training/policy, even if based on bad research, that's not his fault.

Didn’t Stephen Crowder do this experiment and he said it was more weight when the guy on top of him was kneeling back (sitting on his calves) then when he was kneeling more upright “with all his body weight”? Something about the leverage and pressure (he mentioned wrestling and it confused me as a non wrestler)
