Personally I always checked before someone went into the backseat and immediately after pulling someone out.

Many on this board including me thought it look really bad from the viral video
but I completely changed my mind on what happened once I learnd what happened and have seen the video evidence provide by police cameras...
It's great reminder "one side seems right until the other speaks" is a proverb to always live by

I know the police here in Columbia pop the back seat after every person is brought to jail to see if the stuffed something.

This is me. I even came into the trial thinking Chauvin was guilty of at least manslaughter. Now I think he's innocent.

Probably privileged due to ongoing investigation under a public information request or one of the parties moved to have them not disclosed.

When I was in HS a cop picked up 5 of us for having beer in the car, all minors..I was driving and sober..he put 4 in the backseat and me in the passenger seat and brought us to the station for our parents to come and pick us up...there weren't going to be any charges filed, except one of the kids in the back seat had a small bag of pot he tried to hide in the police car...the cops found it while we were calling parents...no one in the backseat admitted to it, so they all got MIPs

I don't know how many people know this but when there is an overdose addicts know who sold the dope. They then seek it out cause it hits better than their normal use and they are chasing that high. This is why overdoses typically occur in numbers and are not individuals here and there.
