yes, he did. but that fact wont stop other posters from lying about it.

they think he said its impossible because he responded to a quesiton with a quesion. he asked "theyre handcuffed, how can they hurt you?' some folks here believe that sentence means there is 0 potential harm possible ever if handcuffed

DC isnt going to suck your dick trying to make up a bunch of shite that is irrelevant to the case.

Ah, now you're kind of getting personal and testy now..? I must have struck a nerve to your constant none sense you spew here

everything brought out into the light is relevant...

quote:

since they acted outside of policy

ah, so police policy is the deciding factor for you...? Really?

that just reeks of political bias from the start. Police aren't trained for every single situation thrown at them at the heat of the moment. Let's get you high and on bad drugs and see how easy you are handle being arrested ...

Lastly,
Benjamin Crump is a crooked lawyer who insisted the original medical examine was inaccurate...

Crump has a history of trying to fix cases like he did in Trayvon Martin case

he is a black race baiting lawyer in my book ...he is bad news...he stirs dissension masked with good intentions "I am here to get justice"

He's on every high profile case, and represents black men victims who were of low character, a bad record, and horrible decision making leading up the events of their deaths.

America is tired of the same thing over and over...

Is Zimmerman the black captain (or whatever is rank is) from yesterday?? I hate describing him that way but I have no idea of his name. But didn't even he admit that handcuffed people could be a threat?

no...but this his direct quote in case AMS missed it which I know she did..

quote:

"Once a person is cuffed, the threat level goes down all the way to, they're cuffed, how can they really hurt you?" he said. "That person is handcuffed, and the threat level is just not there."

I remember back in the 70s, a Shreveport cop had a handcuffed perp in the back of his car headed to the pokey, somehow the guy, while the car was in motion, was able to get out of the cuffs, and get the cops gun and kill him

I don't think anyone here has said that a handcuffed person can't cause harm??? I very well could have missed it but I haven't read that.

You sure seem to like to argue.

Tends to happen with people who go in to a trial with the attitude of guilty until proven innocent.

They'll argue against any evidence to the contrary of the accused's presumptive guilt.

Yes it did. Someone who was promoted/named to another position every 2 years since a lawsuit from minority officers against the MPD.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong .. I don't like to give incorrect info.
