Then when crossed examined by the defense made them look stupid and then changed their story. i.e. DC's knee was on his shoulder blade, not his neck like I previously said.

I think I'm just confusing people ... I didn't see a Hispanic gentleman .. I saw a black guy (not sure of rank) yesterday.

yea but that logic falls to bits when there was ~4 minutes he wasnt talking, and the 2 minutes they knew he had no pulse.

You mean the logic where he was able to breath with Chauvin's knee on his back for quite some time, then suddenly lost consciousness? And the logic that suggests something else caused his loss of consciousness besides the knee, as the knee was on him quite some time prior without causing issue?
