murder 2 criteria would be met if they convince the jury the homicide was unintentional but DC acted with reckless disregard for the danger he was putting GF in. Which is very arguable considering DC abandoned their policy and his inaction for minutes when he knew GF was unconscious without a pulse.

DC isnt going to suck your dick trying to make up a bunch of shite that is irrelevant to the case.

bad optics or good consequences since they acted outside of policy which resulted in a civilian fatality.

What has the prosecution done to slam dunk that charge? I am curious - i don't disagree.

Cities will burn if not. The evidence does not matter.

good question without being so emotional like many posters here. medical evidence shows it was a homicide.
his supervisors testified DC was not acting within their policy.
there are eye witnesses and video evidence of the homicide.

Clearly you aren't watching, because this officer just testified he was. This was a prosecution witness as well.

I've tried to ready just 2 pages of the thread to see what's happening with the trial and you make it unreadable. Just because you disagree doesn't mean you have to argue with every single fricking post and poster. We get it

So I'm watching CSpan .. there's a LT for the prosecution testifying right now (it says LIVE?) but he's in my non-legal mind helping the defense.

Almost every witness has so far. The prosecution has shown to be completely inept so far, and/or their case is so weak that they have no chance at a conviction.

He also testified a little while ago that a handcuffed person can still be a threat to the officers which directly contradicts Zimmerman.

AMS, I hate to tell you this, but the prosecution has been going at this for 7 days. So far they failed to come even close meeting the burden for two most serious charges.

I don’t see how an honest, logical person could arrive at a manslaughter charge yet.

All of this and the defense hasn’t had a chance to present their case.

I think there will be some jurors like yourself whose minds were made up and biased before the trial started.

If you are hoping for anything more than a mistrial, you are going to be disappointed.

why not extend that sentiment to posters when there are 5-6 replies to just about each 1 of my posts? is it because you are getting triggered by facts not matching up with your view.

Obviously that officer doesn't count. Only the officers that agree with AMS's narrative count.

Duh.

Is Zimmerman the black captain (or whatever is rank is) from yesterday?? I hate describing him that way but I have no idea of his name. But didn't even he admit that handcuffed people could be a threat?

Almost every single witness has been neutralized after cross.
