Knee on the back is used all the fricking time. I’ve seen it in person. Difference was the person who was getting arrested didn’t fricking stroke out on drugs. Also, why do you use uncapitalized letters to start sentences like a 14 year old girl?

They don't have to, no.
Past history shows it's unlikely to happen unless there is a juror or two with a strong constitution that refuses to be cowed by the majority.
Most will take the easy way out and go home.

Yep. It's amazing ppl who watched hours of COPS through the 90s have seen worse. Dude could have lived if he cooperated. Could have said, I did drugs, I need EMS. I bet they would have done differently. Instead he decided to not cooperate and ended up dead, because he got cops called on him for passing illegal money and appearing high to a young adult.
