Defense got the doctor to admit that the high level of co2 could have been caused by fentanyl.
He also has gotten every police officer tp admit they were just pencil pushers and not out on the street.

I think it depends who is doing the watching. AMS isn’t here to detail everything. Geekboy is beside himself thinking it’s a slam dunk for the prosecution.
I think most see it as seesaw battle without much ground being gained by either side. It appears to me the defense is at the minimum treading water.

This is huge because of the ruling this morning. The judge said he not going to allow other officers to say "what they would have done" in DC's situation..

I imagine this defense attorney is over whelmed and exhausted. Most trial attorneys have a team of lawyers where they can split the work and split the prep for each witness. He is doing this alone.
