OR he didn’t think it was warranted = DC didn’t do anything wrong

So this guy didn’t do a “force” report????
It went up the chain of command due to the death.

How about a page number? Can you supply a page number on the ME's report that explains how it was asphyxia without it actually saying asphyxia.
the case title, pages 1, 4, 7, 8, 9 detail several traumatic findings consistent with positional and restrictive asphyxiation, there are congested fluids in organs is also sign of asphyxia. there is plenty there for you but from your questions so far I doubt you will appreciate that fact because they didn't use "asphyxia", although thats an unrealistic expectation for you to have.

So this guy that started out as grand slam for the prosecution ended up in a fielders choice.

You still haven’t really answered the question as to how asphyxia can occur without remnants of physical injury or a plastic bag.

Not clear why people are downvoting. It's true.

But him yelling he can't breathe for 10 minutes is irrelevant to me.
how is that irrelevant? It iss how Floyd ended up in the street laying down..he begged for it and got it

On the front of the neck, no?
Side rear back.... Doesn’t matter with just the right angle. Intentional or not. Every MMA fight you’ve ever seen where somebody is choked out it is blood flow not air which is restricted.
Kneeling on the back of a neck can compress the skeletal structures of the neck onto the carotids. Everybody freaks out about the heart disease GF had. Did he have plaque in the carotids as well? Would make it quicker.
Mechanical asphyxia is getting discussed. Chauvin alone probably doesn’t weigh enough. Not to compress a larger mans chest “cage” to the point it can’t expand.

I am remaining objective, but in what trial hasn’t a defense attorney not been able to reframe testimony to make it more advantageous to the defendant? That’s their job to make prosecution witnesses sound less certain of what they know.

You haven't provided proof of anything though. You keep talking out your arse and rehashing the same thing over and over with different explanations.

AMS is a person who is never wrong...that's what we're dealing with...
like a bulldog, she won't come off her position even though Floyd was clearly struggling before, inside and then back outside the police vehicle

Honestly this is all bullshite.
Go get 150lbs of weight and put it on chauvins back while he’s prone on the ground for 10 minutes in the middle of the fricking courtroom.
If he lives, he’s obviously fricking innocent.
I guarantee you he will live.

Gonna impact cities with a specific demographic regardless of the ruling. That same demographic could get 1st pick in a race draft and still complain.
