Getting the ages mixed up or transposing number of the BAC, which doesn't change it substantially, are minor mistakes.
Claiming as a FACT that they did not drop her off on Burbank, or on any busy road, is a MAJOR mistake, as that could potentially be the difference in a murder charge.
You are being the BAC and age police, while giving rapists/murders the benefit of the doubt that they did the right thing.

So far in this thread there are multiple posts of
1- Age of the driver wrong
2- BAC wrong
3- # of rapers wrong, stated as 3

5- Race of the driver wrong
6- Relationship of the driver to one of the 2 rapers wrong
7- Location of the "dropping off" wrong
8- Timing of incidents wrong

... and I could go on and on.
And the correct answer to ALL of these things is a simple mature, comprehensible reading the data as released by the police.
It's NOT HARD at all to simply be right... then argue all y'all want about motives, outcomes, etc....

I’m not seeing that yet.
The easiest and quickest fix is to go after Reggie’s. This isn’t 100% the bar’s fault, but these places are havens for trash. They don’t try to keep out the trashy folks or make much effort to not serve minors. Shutting them down MIGHT have an impact on the other nearby establishments.
The long game is to go after the city leaders. Someone acting in a professional capacity should probably start by doing that behind closed doors, not in a statement to the public.
We’ve also had discussions on here about being innocent until proven guilty. I’m 99% sure the shitbags that were arrested are responsible. On the 1% chance the circumstances (and facts we may not know) change things a bit, it’s important for a spokesperson for the university to bite their tongue for the time being.
On a message board? Sure, fire away. But as a high ranking university official, I want someone to be level headed and attack a problem from an unemotional and logical perspective.
I was skeptical of Tate at first, but he’s proven much better than the previous president, and he deserves some time to address these issues in a professional manner.

I keep reading that there is surveillance video of her coming out of Reggie’s. Where are people seeing this and also her BAC was .319 which means she was super wasted and by law that means she can’t consent but the new Iberia hair cut attorney says in the video the client has she is consenting to the sex. So is he saying the BAC doesn’t matter?

He’s also the one that stated she was left in a neighborhood and denied having sex with her or seeing anyone have sex with her (despite Carver stating that was a lie). He then refused a DNA test.
Seems like a trustworthy guy
