I had the identity wrong until I saw the bonds being set. The 28 year old driver is black and is the uncle - so he'd be difficult to 'flip' for that reason.
The 18 y.o. was in the back and was there but didn't 'rape.' Not sure if he made the video.
Are we allowed to post the address of the perps here since it is a public record?

No, the 28 year old sat in the front passenger seat. It’s detailed in the Casen Carver portion of the arrest warrant

One key element now is Brooks’ BAC was nearly four times the legal limit at .319. Given that, was Brooks coherent and capable to even consent to sexual intercourse as the two teenagers who did have sex with her according to deputies, said she consented?
Officials however have said Brooks was not capable of consenting, which is why the young men are facing rape charges now.
Deputies have said Brooks was raped twice before she was dropped off outside the Pelican Lakes Parkway neighborhood. She then walked towards Burbank where she was hit by a vehicle and killed.

So if they went into the neighborhood. Dropped her off. Then she walked back to Burbank.
The ride-share driver struck her. Was it the one she had called up or used an app to contact? Was it a random car she was trying to stop for help?
