Have to question at least the ethics of any reporter that would release that to the public no matter what it actually shows.

She definitely sounds drunk, but “not out of her mind”. She is easy to understand at least
She is also apologizing to the driver, that doesn’t paint the picture of “someone trying to get away from monsters”
Just be honest with what is on the video. Doesn’t mean it wasn’t still rape

The driver says “guys take her out, take her out” at about the same time she is saying I will get out and Uber. Bizarre.

I am thinking this is why the driver had a guilty conscience about her dying on the road. Because he is the one saying “take her out, take her out” of the car.

I think it would be wise of the prosecution to drop the charges against the driver and try and get him to help against the other individuals
Having her on video antagonizing him for not wanting to have sex with her is going to be a hard sell for the prosecution against him with a jury

Especially one with a young daughter of his own. But he's benefiting from the defense lawyers giving him the scoop. So, he's part of their spin machine at this point.

She sounded like a typical female who has had some drinks. She wasn't slurring her words or incoherent at all. . I.have no idea where u get she was out of her mind drunk trying to get away from people she was in fear of based on that video.

She looks to have had a fight with the driver and is getting out. This looks like it’s still by the bar or where the rape occurred. Look at 1:24 in the video. Shows driver in hoodie and you see a car passing on a street through the windshield.This is not the entrance of Pelican Lakes. It has a median and trees.
