I'm not a lawyer so not pretending to be an expert but I do have a family member that was a DA in an LA city who claims that he could have video evidence and still not get a guilty verdict b/c of the jury. For jury selection, I think it's a negotiating process between the defense and DA as to whose selected but given the demographics, pretty easy for the defense to get a few that their desired profile.

I've been on a few, they vet the jury pool. Except for civil court, they just counted us off.. lol
Now, not all are honest and may hide their views, but they are vetted.

The defense is going to have a hard time attacking the lab on the basis that there was a 5 second video that shows her run across the street. Especially if there is other video from the night showing her falling multiple times, and whatever video inside the car the judge saw.
Google arrests with .31 BAC. There are unlimited articles of people being arrested nationwide for dwi at that level. Doesn’t mean they should drive, or that they could consent to sex. But they can turn a car on and put it in drive and go far enough to get pulled over. Doesn’t mean they know they are doing it or remember it.
Same with Madison. Just because she is on her feet crossing a street for 5 seconds doesn’t mean she even knew she was doing it. You literally see her stumble after she crossed the street. That video isn’t the gotcha they think it is.
The EBR and LA state police crime lab will have unlimited examples of folks with that BAC standing, walking, driving. Her crossing the street doesn’t mean the lab’s BAC was wrong and I guarantee there are more videos than the street crossing that support the ultimate BAC.

Casen didn't know Brooks before that night, why would he be bickering about her having a drinking problem? They were bickering reportedly over where to drop her off and kept changing etc.

You know exactly who Haley and the rest of those activist lawyers would target during the jury selection process for acquittal’s if somehow, any of these cases went to trial.
