O.J. keeps being brought up because what’s going to decide this case are the black people sitting on a jury. In O.J.'s case, the black jurors didn’t need a excuse because of O.J.'s celebrity status. O.J. was going to get off as soon as the jury was picked.

If you look at the O.J. case, Robert Shapiro was originally the lead counsel. However, O.J. then made Johnny Cochran the lead counsel because Johnny Cochran demanded that the jury be as black as possible whereas Robert Shapiro didn’t want to use race in picking the jury. Once Johnnie Cochran got the jury, any first year Southern law student could’ve gotten O.J. off.

In this case, because these kids aren’t celebrities, the jurors are going to need an excuse to let these kids off. The video is their excuse. Like I said earlier, unless the video from the car shows this blonde sorority girl 19-20-year-old sorority girl screaming "NO," a black juror is going to view this video as some sort of proof that this 19-20-year-old blonde sorority girl was chasing after this poor 17-year-old BBC HIGH SCHOOL KID that left her at the bar.

It’s a media campaign to win public opinion. This is lawyer 101 shite. It was strategically released by the defense or Reggie’s to provoke the exact response you are giving. This was not released by the prosecution and we haven’t even seen the totality of their evidence. You have no idea what the jury will ultimately decide. I suspect the driver is going to flip and his statements, the unreleased audio, other videos, etc. will be a lot more damning than this bullshite video.

You are unfamiliar with the geography. The rapes occurred aboot 600' from Reggie's. Jennifer Jean is across Nicholson and they pulled over in the driveway of the first house. They literally all loaded up in the car, drove across Nicholson, and parked.

If the light was green, they drove less than a minute.

You people keep arguing what’s “right” legally. I’m not talking about that. From the beginning, I’ve said that LEGALLY she did not possess the ability to "consent” under the law. That hasn’t changed.

But now we’re in the real f*cking world where all the legal niceties are thrown out the window. This has become a public racial incident. As a result, what's legally right or legally wrong just doesn’t f*cking matter.

Have you people been living under a f*cking rock? This case is going to come down to the black jurors who are picked to decide this case. Given that these kids are entitled under the law and the Constitution to have a jury of their peers, you’re completely f*cking diluted if you think that this tape isn't going to play a major f*cking role in the outcome of this case.

She didn’t just ask them for a ride, i.e., something that can just be explained away. She went running after them.

The vast, vast, vast majority of people on this board would never have thought that she was capable of running after them before they saw that video yesterday. I think everyone on this board thought that these three black hoodlums found this girl sitting on a bench outside of Reggies in pretty much a drunken stupor, and the black hood rats essentially dragged her to their car with the specific intent of gang raping her.

Well, that illusion has been completely thrown out the f*cking window. That’s not what happened. She went running after them. A prosecutor can try to explain that away as you suggest, but I’m telling you that there ain’t no black juror who is going to buy it.
