I believe University Villas has a gate to enter into the neighborhood and Pelican Lakes does not. If she was dropped off or let out in Pelican Lakes, how the hell did she end up all the way across 4 lanes of highway plus a median?
This all may be irrelevant to the case but I was curious.
she was dropped off somehow inside of pelican lakes. She then must have proceeded to walk to burbank. I'm venturing to guess the scene of the crash is somewhere inbetween the entrance of each of these subdivisions. Someone said many pages back he thought there's a marker on the highway at the scene of the crash. Not sure how that relates to the site of the memorial.

I have consumed alcohol pretty regularly for the last 20 years, and not once have I raped someone and dumped them on the side of the road.

All true. But if you were going to do a root cause analysis, alcohol would be a contributing factor.
Saying that is not excusing rape or blaming the victim.

I guess, like all crimes in 2023, we need to look the other way because 3 of them were black, which made their crime one of being non-privileged and thus, understandable. This is clearly a crime of non-equity.

Kaivon washington is a RAPIST and he deserves too rot in prison and if he manages to get out i hope someone finds him and cuts his d off.

I found it. She should get this to the detectives in this case now. They should be able to find record of her going to the police with this.

both white dude and washington said they dropped her off "in a subdivision"... i think one denied just dropping her off on the highway. I don't see this as being a huge point as others have made it. Whether it was 50 feet into the entrance or 300 ft... it wasn't at a house she was going to and i think they knew that.

Maybe but also maybe not. The more we are learning about the character and alleged past behavior of Kaivon Washington, the more we are learning that he is a piece of shite.
The root cause very well could be that he is a serial rapist who preys on victims that can’t protect themselves

The focus needs to be on the tPOS involved in this horrific gang rape where 1st degree rape needs to be upgraded in this situation. The fricking driver just sat there and watched the gang rape happen in the back seat, personifies evil. He just sat there and watched while those animals ravaged that poor girl, I don’t know how anyone could live with themselves. These pieces of shite involved need to be locked away for good.

What is the amount of distance from the memorial that is set up (assuming where she got hit) to the entrance of her subdivision (I believe Pelican Lakes)?
