Sounds like your dentist has a new alimony payment.

Brush teeth 3 times a day with Sonicare and eat Keto. You won’t need a dentist outside of the one time a year checkup.

If you eat a SAD you’ll probably need a dentist cleaning every month.

Dentists are trying to keep up with advancing toothbrush tech that renders them obsolete for normal teeth cleanings.

Are dental cleanings even necessary if you take care of yourself?

It's amazing people have lived long lives for so long without being killed by their teeth not being cleaned 4 times a year.

Truly a miracle.

They do the scraping and stuff so yeah, but once a year is all you need if you brush with Sonicare (or similar) twice a day, floss twice a day, and use listerine. WaterPik FTW as well.
