Denham Springs PD officer on the run

We also have reason to believe Copeland is no longer in the area at this time. We’re asking anyone with information to call us at (225) 686-2241 x1 or Capital Region CrimeStoppers at (225) 344-STOP. I’d also like to add that the Denham Springs Police Chief & members of his department have cooperated fully with our investigation & continue to do so."
Damn shame they got to have these bad cops ruining the good ones reputation.

Been in denham my whole life. 5-8 years ago I knew most cops on a first name basis. Now I know 1 and he’s moved up. Crazy how much many new people are around

Props to the police chief for being transparent and addressing the issue head on instead of trying to cover it up with the Blue Line bullshite. If more departments acted like this, the low level of public trust wouldn’t be where it is right now. Looking at you BRPD/NOPD.
