I’m on the other side of essen from innisworld, gusts are nice here and there but no major gust like we had 45 mins ago

Its just starting to pick up here in Lasalle Parish. Power just dropped the winds should just about be here I think

Brother just sent me a picture of their powerless neighbor in Lafayette, except the neighbor across the cul de sac has a whole home generator running his entire house and landscape lighting. Dude has more lights in his yard than the entire neighborhood combined

Gusts are as strong as we’ve had all night here north of downtown St. Amant. I’d say roughly 55mph. Still have power but I’m seeing tons of flashes in the direction of downtown.
