Any one know if NOLA will inact contra flow, and if so, when?

JUST IN: #Delta strengthening quickly with max winds now up to 60 mph as of 1 PM. Don't be surprised if the 4 PM forecast has this storm peaking at Cat. 3 intensity in the Gulf.
