Having an overly audible lisp is a darn near a minimum job requirement at WWL.
The bigger the lisp, the higher up the management ladder you go. The news director cannot even pronounce Sean Payton's last name correctly.

Yeah, not sure whats been up Deke's a$$ lately, but damn, its a call in show and people have their opinions. If they are obviously stupid or drunk, they should get past your screener, but if they do, you dont have to have to be a prick to them.

It’s going to be really weird not having duh big cheef on WWL radio anymore. I’m gonna miss that nasally high pitched backwater Louisiana how did this guy get on the radio voice.

I love Detillier but a show with him and Bobby would be a cluster. They take long-winded to a whole new level.
