GM 5.3 - Any changes on 2026 models?
Posted by Ashtray on 12/1/25 at 7:05 pm
Ok, so GM is apparently working in new engines for 2027,but are the 2026s still potentially plagued by the same issues or did they tweak any software for the AFM/DFM ? Cant seem to find any definitive answers searching da web.

Drake elms are cool, but their roots are very shallow and they blow over very easily.
I have several and they all survived hurricane IDA in south louisiana
Been fighting this for a while. Celsius works but don't be surprised if it takes 3 weeks or so after you apply to see results and also the need to reapply

Done this many times. Fresh crawfish lay in cooler, wet towel on top, cover with ice, open drain, brick or board under cooler to let water drain. Easily good for 2 days. The variant is- you don't know how many days they have already been in the cooler wherever you buy

re: Who on here has starlink?

Been having Starlink at camp in Mississippi for almost 2 years now. Works great and I do have obstructions due to all the trees. I have it mounted on the roof gable to get it as high as possible. Worth every penny.
Yes I have. Outside on the crayfish burner, don't skimp on.the amount of water. Seriously it ain't that damn hard
Bruh, just boil that sh@t like you would boil pasta. People overcomplicate cooking rice...

Hunted all thanksgiving. Seeing 15-20 doe a hunt with a few spike. Saw a couple shooters on 3 diff days. But they were just crossing down the pipeline about 400ish yards. Same times each day. Around 7 30am and 5pm. Likely going to and from bed. My mature buck pics are at night with the exeption of one or 2. Bucks still running together. Had my firsy scrape this past weekend.
Where i hunt i can go back through my pics from the last 7/8 yrs and every single buck ive killed has been betweem dec 23-jan7th. Rut is usually kicking off good then and they get stupid
In Pike as well, seeing exactly the same, including past history between late Dec. And Jan
I'm not a Yota hater, but most of the previous posters are mentioning about older Toyotas. Agreeably, back in the day they was the goat....nowadays, I'm not so sure
