I’ve taken a break from the OT today for the most part so I’m a little out of the loop. Why are you not liking the HRRR?
Posted on 1/19/25 at 7:53 pm to VCeagle2013
It keeps the snow band very narrow.

Houston getting screwed unless you live on the south side.

Galveston will get more than Houston, that’s mind blowing

It's the forecast models.
Euro, GFS, NAM, HRRR, GRAF, etc. Since Friday they have all called for several inches of snow for the south LA area.
Well duh.
The problem is some people in this thread can't comprehend them and post shite about how it's going to be a bust

A bust?
No.
I just thought that it was odd that WGNO now says that the Northshore may get 1-2 inches as opposed to the higher amounts listed earlier.

We’ll see. Long range hrrr is pretty unreliable.

WDSU said 3-6 for northshore. Just depends where that narrower band hits

That’s the heaviest snow corridor as of right now

NAM keeps trying to remove texas from the equation.

You're showing Wednesday. The snow should be out of Texas by then.

Weather channel app must be using this sim. They bumped Metairie back up to 5-8 inches.

NAM gives Texas all sleet, but NAM can shove its temp profile up its arse
