Ok. It was fun. I’m done with the snow. Can we turn it off?

I’ve been working 7 days a week except for holidays for 5 months now. I don’t care if this shite lasts for 2 weeks. I’m good.

It is so much snow that it won't really start melting significantly until Friday afternoon when the temps get into the mid 40s.

Almost 70 hours to go with this.

This storm had to have shattered the record for NOLA. Wasn’t the record around 3? This produced 7 and up for that area.

I think the record was 10 inches sometime in the 1800’s.

Has everyone looked at their roofs to see where the snow has melted to see where they might need more insulation?

Half way between Ponchatoula and Springfield and just south of Hwy 22:

The snow is gone after 7" fell. 29 deg F now/ 10 F tonight.

Snow on roof seems to be acting as insulation based on Temp sensors in
the attic.

Yes.

Any of you people that don't have snow on your roof need better insulation in your attics

RadarScope is showing Boutte to be the winner with 2.8” of liquid falling so far. Houma is sitting at 2.2”

I think you’re right. I think the biggest snow there since the 60’s was 3.
