I was so excited last night. Got home from work around 10 PM. Started drinking with the wife and checking outside every 30 minutes. Passed out around 3 pissed because we only had about half an inch. Woke up at 9 to a damn blizzard. I’ll sleep well tonight.

I know we aren't alone, but Lafayette is getting pounded. Its so thick in my front yard....can't see where we walked 20 mins ago. This is crazy.

8 inches here in Denham Springs. Coming down steadily again now.
Dogs are crazy…husky/heeler mix who has never seen snow is in heaven. Kids have been outside all day. Gumbo on the stove. Not bad as long as the power stays on!

This is definitely the most snow we've had in my life in the BR metro. The one in 2017 wasn’t anywhere close to this at our house.
