I will never forget the epic thread ont he SEC rant where they tracked down the Bama webcam girl and found her house, and stuck a tiger droppings sign and took a photo.

It’s a different place now. It was so fun to sign in and BS around on the OT. Like you said, now it’s political talk lite, and due to how many boards there are, the content is watered down.
That, coupled with the fact it’s so big and no one gets together, makes it different. The folks who made it lively have also kind of grown up and have big people lives and responsibilities, too.

Those were the days. The OT used to have some of the wittiest and hilarious characters of all time. I remember laughing so hard at some of that stuff, I could hardly catch a breath. Now, not so much.
