I lived over there when that happened. Truly sickening to hear about. He should have been eliminated 10 yrs ago

IQ is a joke in this case. It comes down to if you think he really knew what he was doing was wrong and evil. You damn right he knew it was evil and the fact that he did this due to an argument with his wife shows his thought process. Also, they said he was a crackhead. If you're going to have a death penalty, then someone like this should die due to his deeds.

Yay this is a big win. What a great day for justice.
It’s cases like this that drive up the capital defense costs. Lawyers spend all this money to get a guilty guy LWOP instead of death. Waste of resources, but there on a crusade to abolish the death penalty no matter what.

Can we stop people with below 70 IQ's from procreating too, please?
They’re immune to death penalty but we’ll still let them have kids, vote, drive, and whatever else.

Can we amend his penalty to "tutor and neuter" instead. I volunteer to tutor him until his IQ is acceptable.
Then I will neuter him, with no anesthesia and then send him back to his cell so he can bleed to death or beg for death or whatever.

Need to slowly roast his arse. Then keep him alive as all his burned skin is abraded.
Then dip him in lemon juice.
Then ants

If that were true then convicts on death row would stop fighting their sentences, and guys serving life would kill themselves.

They need to stick his arse in solitary for the remainder of his life and eventually he’ll be begging for for death.

I was involved in the search for the little kids. I wanted so badly for them to be found but was terrified that my boat would be one to find one...I still believe it was a miracle that everyone of those children's bodies were recovered...some of them a long ways away from Dauphin Island. I want to say the last one was found in Louisiana waters.

He'll be taken care of by other inmates. Don't worry...

Just throw his arse off a tall bridge and call it a day already.

Can anybody be executed in Alabama now?

I have always had real problems with 8th amendment case law. It certainly hasn't been unusual in history to execute the stupid. If it is so cruel, then how do we square that with ethical testing of drugs and weapons on chimps or other grey situations?
Very intelligent animal? Not human, zero protection.
Human child? Dumb, but sacred. Max protection.
Really dumb adult human? Max protection because.... uhhh reasons....
Genius human? Zero protection. Can kill no problem.
I understand the rationale used in these cases, but I disagree with this way of trying to preserve certain values.

I am fully aware I am capable of a great and terrible violence. I missed my calling. Born in the wrong time.
Some people just need to suffer. Those that prey upon the most innocent among us should have their dying hours spent in excruciating agony.
