The woman is clearly a sociopath.
Fortunately she lives in an area that will support and encourage her behavior when it comes to the "justice" system. With the judge already setting the tone on bail, I get she gets hardly any punishment at all.

That poor child shouldn't have been hurt like that. Lock that POS up and lose the key!

What would a judge have done (rightrully) to the perp?
A bail amount of $44,000 for viciously beating a child is absurd, but this is the world that progressive democrats support.

That seems to be the feedback that "normal" lawyers/judges are stating in regards to this case. I read about this one before I saw the post on the OT. There was a Youtube video I watched last night with similar situations where this was the bail before trial.
The Democrats in charge in these areas are just setting the tone for the fact they will get this woman off. Wouldn't shock me if she has a go fund me and her family gets rich like the murderer in Texas did.
Progressives are evil.

There’s certain acts that don’t deserve to go through the courts for “justice”. This is one of them. People who seriously trust the legal system are completely naive. Take care of business people. That’s all I’m saying. Don’t rely on someone else to save you. Do it.

Like the preferred NOPD resolution: shot 16 times in the back attempting to escape. Worked with Katrina thugs.

Dad needs to do what dad needs to do, and I would be more than happy to donate to the best legal team money can buy.

Reason # 323342 for why no child should ever be put in daycare.

Exhibit A for why black people believe whites are racist.

you mean day care workers?
white daycare worker gives child brain-bleed
white daycare worker fractures child's leg
A simple search will yield many cases of non-black daycare child abusers. So I guess when white people do it, it's a defect and not a genetic disposition. Is that correct? I'd seriously like to know.
But by all means, don't let reason stand in the way of your race hatred.

Just out of curiosity, in the cases you listed below, did a judge give the guilty parties lower bail than most non-violent criminals?

Most everyone is racist to some degree no matter color or creed, just the way it has always been.

Your first link says error but on your second link, when did Yamirka Menendez and Milagros Rodriguez become white people?

How do you feel about someone, me as a white man, that's adopted a black child(from birth)?

I know one of your favorite go-to topics is pushing back when the OT Lounge paints an entire race with a broad brush because of the actions of a few. And to be honest, I think you overplay that hand sometimes because we all give you a hard time for your ways….
That said, as someone who’s been knee-deep in daycares with young kids, I also think it’s unfair to paint the entire childcare world with broad strokes.
For my family, it’s always been about the staff quality and hiring practices at the daycare—plus who they admit. We went through several daycares before settling on a small, family-owned one. The first two got overrun with families receiving free childcare, and when that happened the teachers left in droves. The good ones don’t stick around to deal with the chaos that comes with it.
Here’s where my perspective comes from. Our oldest started out doing fine at a daycare near home. Then they shuffled teachers. Suddenly, he was coming home dirty, hungry, and picking up bad habits. We checked the cameras and saw a Latina staff member, clearly just clocking hours for minimum wage, ignoring him and disciplining him in ways that crossed a line. We pulled him from that room immediately.
His next class had two older Black women—granny types. They were tough, but they loved him, invested in him, and communicated with us. Under their care he thrived, became independent, and even potty trained himself overnight. When he moved up to the next class, he cried daily for a week because he missed them so much.
We eventually left that daycare, because we didn’t want our youngest stuck in that bad classroom for a year before reaching the “good” teachers. One of those women, Miss Meaka, became our go-to babysitter and is still our boys’ favorite person. The other we helped get hired at our new daycare, where she’s thriving.
So yeah, if you want my bias-busting perspective—it’s not about race. It’s about who’s hired, who sticks around, and whether the daycare holds its staff accountable.
eta: I have a really really hard time believing this was an isolated incident by this woman. It happened before, but they brushed it under the rug, gave her a slap on the wrist, hoped for the best, and knew they would struggle to backfill her.
And for this lady, this garbage person, regardless of her skin color, deserves to be drug out in the street, and have a bullet put squarely between her eyes. Save the taxpayers money and give the family their justice. Harming precious little ones like this should be immediate cause for violent swift retribution.

That's a hell of a lot of damage to that little boy. Way, way beyond what I expected from the "done by a plastic toy" statement.
