Daughter Received wrong Immunization

How is this even possible?
My daughter started Loyola last week and she kept getting emails saying that they need her shot records by today or she won't be able to attend class. Yesterday, I finally called the school to find out what the problem was since I had already sent them twice and they told me that they have the records, but she is missing a meningococcal vaccination since her last one was when she was 10. Her primary doctor is in Baker so I needed to find something here fast.
I ended up finding the community immunization bus and it was actually pretty quick and easy and still open when she got out of school at 4:50. She gets the shot and turns in the updated shot records this morning so I think everything is fine. Then this morning I get a call from the immunization people and they tell me that they marked meningococcal on her records, but they actually gave her Gardacil, a shot she just received a few months ago at her real doctor

She's a good catholic school girl and we're not even letting her stay on campus the first year.

I figured that, but she get's nervous if everything isn't taken care of and wanted it done as soon as possible.
