Nice gesture from her. If she starts breaking down why a 1-3-1 zone is better than a 2-3 zone during the game, I would be wary. Football equivalent would be an analysis of a 4-3 vs a 3-4 front on defensive. Sound good at the beginning of a relationship, but sometimes you just want to watch a game in silence, or with your guy friends without the wife tagging along.

Back from dinner, and just to clarify one thing. I was never questioning whether I should go. I could hate her and I’d still go with her. I haven’t had a girl do something that nice and thoughtful for me in a long, long time and it caught me off guard, so I was questioning her motives unfairly.
Anyway, we had the “exclusive” talk at dinner and I guess I have a serious gf now.
