Being in my 30s now its very eye opening to see women I used to lose sleep over 10-15 years ago. Many of them have not aged well at all. When I was in high school my girlfriend during the summer before we went to college was a Reese Witherspoon look alike. So fine. But like most relationships we couldn't do the distance thing and we broke it off and I was devasted for a couple months and it ruined my first semester of freshman year.
She's 31 now and... imagine Reese Witherspoon in Sweet Home Alabama + 125 pounds. She ended up marrying some military guy, poor sap.

Women want you to act like a bitch when they reject you... that way they know they made the right decision. "Wow, look at this guy, what a bitch. I am glad I rejected him, what a loser"
But when you give no fricks when she rejects you and act like its no big deal at all, she questions her decision. "I thought this guy was into me? If he was, why does he not care I just turned him down? Is there something wrong with me? Am I not hot enough? Am I not sexy enough? What did I do wrong?"

You have to vet her and make sure she is an overall good decision maker all around. If she makes poor decisions in things other than diet/fitness, chances are she is going to eventually make poor diet/fitness choices one day if she hasn't already.
Look for red flags that indicate poor decision making skills.

Anderson the accounting professor used to tell the story of constantly being rejected by his former student until he wasn’t and then married her. How creepy is that? But it worked out for him. Today he would be put on some sort of watch list persistently romantically pursuing his former student.

I think I'd still have the initial feeling that she wasn't that interested to begin with. I don't know, that would be a hang up for me. Maybe if she just got out of a long relationship or something like that I guess. Otherwise, I'd consider that a red flag. Like I'm option B.
