Dating app question- Turn-off or no big deal ?

So ive been on some dating apps lately.. ive used them in the past with varying degrees of success, and i just hopped back onto one recently to see if the pickings have changed or if it’s still about the same.. My question for those who’ve used dating apps is this: Say you are scrolling thru and you see a girl, she’s above average looks-wise, her pics dont seem overly slutty, and you would ordinary swipe right, or ‘Like’ her profile, or whatever.. BUT she just so happens to also have the same name as your own mom…. And your mom’s name isn’t something super common like Jennifer or Mary, but kind of a unique name.. again, the girl in the profile isn’t drop-dead gorgeous or a perfect 10 where you could easily overlook the name thing.. just above average where you would *normally* like her profile- does the same-name-as-Mom thing creep you out, or do you just not give a shite ?

Nah brah, i wish it was.. as unusual as my own mom’s first name is, i have actually declined to match with two women over the past 24 hours who happened to share the same name.. i was wanting input to see if anyone else has encountered or thought about this, or if i am the only one who would be bothered by it .

So do you mean that if you had the same uncommon name as a guy’s mom , it would bother you ? Or if a guy you matched with had the same unique name as ur dad, it would be weird ? Or both ??
