Did you read the entire article? Apparently this wasn't the first run in between this particular cop and the teenager. The whole thing sounds like the cop pulled him over as part of an ongoing harassment and then decided to punish him when he wouldn't cooperate.
"Fine frick it" and "I told ya" tell you a lot about the mentality of this cop.

To the people defending the cop in any way, or saying that we all just need to OBEY the police no matter how unlawful and unconstitutional their orders are please GO frick YOURSELVES. It's people like you that give these rogue arse cops the ammunition they need to trample our civil rights and get away with shite like this. Yes, I know he was caught, but had he not been filmed doing this he would have gotten away with it and many many cops get away with shite like this every single day. This guy just happened to be smart enough to film it. This is why cops fight so hard against wearing cameras and/or people filming them. It's because they know they are breaking the law and trampling civil rights every damn day and if there were filmed they would go to fricking jail just like this a-hole. Sorry but people have basic rights and frick NO I'm not going to blindly follow every unlawful and unconstitutional order that a rogue arse cop barks at me. frick you to anyone who says otherwise.

To be fair, for your own safety, you should do what the cop says and fight it later. No amount of arguing and standing your ground is going to make a douche cop on a power trip change his mind. All it is going to do is make you end up in a hospital or worse.

No, what I'm saying is that I would rather roll down my window all the way and keep my teeth rather than needlessly escalating a situation that I cannot win.
If you want to get your face kicked in because "frick a cop", then that is your call.
I prefer to go home and fight it later if I had been treated improperly.
