This is the dumbest debate ever. They are the same damn thing. Endless concrete sprawls.

Dallas proper and Houston proper have pockets of money that are nice. Sure and so does every city in America.

The suburbs of Dallas and Houston are what make these metros tolerable. Frisco is great. The Woodlands is great. That’s all.

Every week people on the OT debate how shitty ____ city is. It's always NOLA, Atlanta and Houston, and now Dallas.

If you live in one and are miserable, that's on you. For me and I'm sure a lot of people, I live in a great suburb north of Dallas, close to family, great friends, love our church, and my kids are in a fantastic school system with top-of-the-line facilities and resources, and we're very happy. Sue us.

You can pick apart any big city(over 1M) in America, especially after COVID.

Not everyplace can be San Diego. Go travel to LA, SF, Miami, NYC, Chicago, they all got shite they're dealing with.

I know we can't all be as lucky to live in Baton Rouge, Hammond or Shreveport.

This. We can’t all give up our shitty Dallas, and overall Texas, lives to live in the golden metropolis of exquisite perfections that is Louisiana.

I love these threads where slackjaws from bottom feeder states like Louisiana rail on one of the 5 biggest metros in the states, which is an international city and business hub.

Eight million people from all over the world and there isn’t anything to do. Muh neighborhood in Celina is so boring.

Dallas is the worst city in Texas - If you are poor

I fixed it for you

When you say Dallas are you referring to the entire DFW area ?

We live in far North East DFW, I've been below 635 twice in the past five years.

That’s what I was saying. It’s hilarious people go to one spot and generalize an area bigger than Connecticut and a population more than Alabama and Mississippi combined.

Ft Worth just passed 1m people so you have two of the 15 largest cities in the US that connect and suburbs that go 35 miles out.

I’m in Collin county and I’m within 15 minutes of Legacy West, Grandscape, a AA minor league field, a MLS pro soccer stadium, a Universal Studios park when it opens next year, the PGA headquarters that will host the US open in 2 years, the Star(home of the Cowboys), and they are about to break ground on a 20,000 seat amphitheater off 121. Also, An hour from casinos and 30 minutes from the 3rd biggest airport in the world.

Only time I go south of the Bush tollway is if I’m going to see the Rangers/Stars/Cowboys/Mavericks play
