Hotel coffee sucks everywhere. This is not a Dallas only thing.

What is your preferred style of coffee? Light, medium, or dark roast. How do you normally make your coffee? Drip or french press or Keurig?

Double up the serving size and half the water. That will get you a bearable strength cup.

If that’s how you like it, go for it but 205F would give you a better extraction.

This is just absurdly wrong. Louisiana has some good breweries but overall Texas’s are much better. If nothing else just from that fact that there are so many more of them they are bound to have a few great ones
