Scanner was talking to the head of security at the Bank Of America building. He could remotely control all lights and sensors in the building. They were bringing him on board to help the cops.

Wonder how that guy felt when he realized there was semi auto fire going off like crazy...while he was carrying an AR-15. He probably scared the shite out of everyone around him during and after the shots.

Only one civilian injured, the rest cops.
Seems like they are fairly good shots, somewhat cool under pressure, and appears to have escaped.
