affiliated? is there some membership fee for BLM?

he was more than likely "inspired" just like the Miami terrorist was not "affiliated" with ISIS, but sure as hell agreed with them

well said

I mean I don't even know what we're arguing about honestly.

The people being all pissy about them releasing the photo of a possible suspect during a manhunt for active shooters baffle me.

n what way does that make him affiliated with BLM? The cop said the suspect said he acted alone. People can can act alone.

Yep. We've seen it happen many times in the past few years. People here refer to them as lone wolves, disturbed, mentally ill, certainly not representative of others . I do not think these shooters were organized through BLM . First off, BLM is not organized enough

It's not though. Almost every black person on my facebook is taking up for at least some of what BLM is preaching. You can't say that for white people and the KKK's message.

LNCHBOX, must everything be so literal? There are parts about what BLM is preaching - police brutality for instance - that reverberates with all races. Look at the people who participate in their rallies for instance, you'll see many races. The point is that the racist, hate-filled, domestic terrorist wing of both groups are the minority of the race at-large.

To say the KKK is equivalent in reach to BLM, especially today, is completely fricking ignorant.

I'm not saying they're equivalent in reach, never have. I'm saying they're both minority contingents of an overall race and no one should stoop to the level of letting either speak for the race as a whole.

I'm a redneck now? Really? You're part of the problem.

My childhood best friend, a black man, was unarmed and killed by police. I'm generally on your side with this shite. But you're ignorance is making it worse.

Black people ITT, please take note- don't let LSU saints hornets represent you. He is a bigot.

Brah the guy who I said that lived in a double wide name is redneck

See this is the exact stupidity that we cannot have, from either side. One dumbfrick doesn't tarnish an entire population by association. Hundreds and thousands don't either when you're talking about 38 million people.

If white people were making those kinds of social media comments about blacks and their friends and family members weren't condemning them, blacks would be naïve not to believe that the problem was bigger than a few wackos.

The fact of the matter is he was a black man, upset with white cops, who did this during a BLM protest, and not a single protestor was killed. Cops only.

Again, context clues. It's not difficult to piece this together.

Apparently you think that if a guy hates cops/wants to kill cops he is an associate of BLM. Even though the cop said he was upset with them.

To your other point, I'm not ashamed of who I am and don't let others define me so I don't really care if you or others want to lump everyone together.

In this case, yes. I'm sorry that you don't accept that these killings are being celebrated unlike Dylan Roof ever was.

I'm not okay with murder of any kind. I'm just tired of white people making excuses for racially motivated murders against blacks

We get it bro. Not every black person is advocating this. How many times are you going to type the same shite? We all know that.

I'll keep at it until you truly understand. For instance, saying "not every black person is advocating this" continues to show you don't understand. MOST black people, the vast majority of black people, are not advocating this.

Who made excuses for Dylan Roof?

Who said Alton Sterling was "murdered" for being black.
