Walgreens varies greatly in what you get from store to store. Also, it seems that a "good" Walgreens has the potential to suddenly snd inexplicably go to shite without any advance notice.

Everyone has issues with CVS. Most inept pharmacy ever.

There’s always a problem. Always.

I switched to Publix after years of CVS & Walgreens. What a pleasant experience I get at Publix. Pharmacist and techs are all polite and efficient. The pharmacist was so concerned about my blood pressure during one of my visits, she insisted I phone her and let her know that I did see my doctor that day.

Cvs customer. Have all my prescriptions on courtesy refill but their system is wild. I'm a bottle ahead on all except my pain meds most of the time. Dont know how it keeps happening, I've told them about it. Sometimes it fills for 90 days if I'm not paying attention, which I hate. I've told them 30 days multiple times but something with the system now and then it glitches.

I’ve gone back and forth between CVS and Walgreens. Currently using CVS, and the location near my house has actually improved their service a bit over the past year or so. Not sure if they’re finally appropriately staffed or what.

Over my lifetime, I’d say CVS has sucked way more.

I switched over to CVS from Walgreens, because my Walgreens has lots of bums

Walgreens was always woefully understaffed. I now go to Walmart without a drive thru and have never had to wait more than two minutes.

There it is again, the tired ole “mom and pop” line. It’s uncanny.

twice my elderly mother has gotten a completely different persons medicine at CVS, luckily I looked at if first. I switched her meds to Walgreens after that.

I've used both and find CVS is consistently better.

Edited to add this: My wife still has her RX's filled at Walgreens and she just got back pissed off once again.

She got a text 2 that her meds were ready for pickup and she went today to get them----------only to be told they were not ready and one was not even on hand to be able to fill.

To add insult to injury, she waited about 20 minutes in line behind 3 other people to be told that.

Ideal Health Mart. Been using them since Walgreens couldn’t keep up during COVID.
