They are locals (relatively). Just white men who look 40 but are most likely 25.
I just didn't know this was allowed since the commercial area is not too far outside a residential area.

But to answer your question, I’d much rather the landscaping at my business be completed during the hours we are closed so 0430 is fine with me. Dem donut baws don't want to interfere with business traffic.

It should be legal to shoot at people that cut their grass before 10am on the weekend. If you want to cut your grass at 6am, do it during the week before you go to work. Not on Saturday or Sunday.

I was in the whataburger line on siegen at about 3 am last week and they had a guy with a pushmower cutting some property around the business lol it does look strange in the middle of the night. You don’t see it often

If lawn mowing at 4:30am is too loud then we should shut down all emergency services during that time too since the sirens are louder. No police, fire, medical, nada.

Ridiculous on a few levels
You cut grass early in the summer because it's hot as shite. It's November and cool now. It's November now.. grass doesn't grow much so there's no way you have enough yards to cut to need to get out there at 4:30.
