Nice. I’ve been looking at a 2016 for $13k, but we just bought a new house so I’m holding off for now. And the gray market is all over the place so we’ll see what it is in 3 months.

What you have on your hands is a modding project. You may simply be able to order the 035 bezel insert from Seiko and switch it out. I may be able to find the bezel insert you want in the non-OEM market because Seiko modding is a huge thing in watchdom. I do not stay current with that market but if you can't find what you want for a SSK you can certainly find it to fit an SKX bezel. You can actually get a bezel for the SSK case that uses SKX bezels.

Note I did not do the research and shopping for you, before going down the road you need to hook up with one of the Seiko modding communities all over the web and verify all the parts you buy will work together.
Popping the bezel off is not a big deal but you want to know what is underneath and how it goes back together and what you don't want to lose. For example 5 digit Submariners have a tension washer and a small click spring the latter is easy to lose, the 6 digit subs have a series of 3 balls and springs and a click ball and spring that fit into the case all of which are easy to lose DAMHIK.
Getting a ceramic bezel insert out can sometimes be easy and sometimes a pain without destroying the bezel. I drop the bezel/insert into Dynacraft golf club grip solvent for a couple of hours or overnight and the insert just falls out. You can use denatured alcohol or acetone but both are likely to screw up the paint in the bezel insert, they work faster and are fine if you don't care about the insert if say it is damaged.
Ceramic bezels are usually held in by adhesive rings most inserts come with one BUT especially the first time buy several extras of the right size because you WILL screw up the first one or two you try.
What you want is absolutely possible and you can pay someone to do it for you but it is absolutely a DIY project if you have somewhat steady hands and aren't subject to fits of anger if things go sideways. I walk away from my watch workbench pretty regularly to relax...
Again there may be a more straight forward way to do this as there may be inserts available without using a modding bezel just found one of the Seiko modding communities and ask the people that know. Plenty of videos and tutorials around the web to walk you through the process and you can also find someone to do it for you for a reasonable fee. Or you might just be able to search longer and find a relatively inexpensive white dialed green/black bezel GMT.

If I have learned anything from the Affordable Watch subforum on WUS you can find anything on Aliexpress.
While not exactly what the OP is looking for this can be bought for under $100 and is a mix of Seiko and Rolex:

Based on the guys in the Affordable forum the watches are solid for the money and the Seiko NH34 in them should run forever. It is available with the "brand" logo or sterile and on a Jubilee or Oyster copy bracelet.
I found that in less than 2 minutes of looking the OP may find exactly what he wants if he pokes around and doesn't have a moral issue with direct from China goods.
ETA that looks like it is built on a EXP II copy case so the bezel is likely not to rotate so you can only track 2 time zones vs three.

Saw that in FB group I’m in. No papers. With the super clones so incredibly good nowadays, I’m terrified to spend that kind of $ for anything naked.

If seller is serious to sell, he'll likely meet you at local dealer/jeweler to verify authenticity.
