File Explorer pro. Well worth $4.
It allows streaming from home network such as audio, video and magazines.
Perfect Video is also great. It will down convert from 4k to 1050 and up convert from most video file formats.
Very versatile and was only $4. I use it constantly.

Snapseed is a great free photo editor.
The two most common tools I use are 1. selective brightening that allows you to brighten up smaller sections of a picture at a time. This is incredibly handy for sunny pictures of subjects wearing a hats and their faces are in shadows.
2. the HDR Filter. It's just downright amazing.
App Is totally free for all phones with minimal ads.
The HDR filter has several sliders for fine tuning.
Pics like this are a breeze.
