Yes we were when the Cold War was active. As for today ask Maduro how that worked out.

Maduro's replacement was just next in line, right. Just removed a guy that didn't work with private US companies for one that sort of is now.

China - Communist and we trade with them and allow travel
Vietnam - Communist and we trade with them and allow travel; fought a little conflict against them even.

Venezuela elected a female, right winger, and then Maduro refused the election results and stayed on as dictator.

She is now serving as Interim President

Did they. This happened since the last election where she didn't run?

I don't disagree there was a previous election that Maduro ignored. But no female was elected.

Lmao she was NOT a right winger at all. She’s a globalist WEF puppet which is why Trump wouldn’t endorse or allow her to take over. She’s a socialist.

Not really a rare occurrence in most of the more shithole islands down there. There's a reason they're big markets for gensets and solar+storage.

The new one works with us now and isn't causing issues or sending oil to Cuba. See how that works.

Let's attack them, I mean they're just sitting there right next to each other.

That resulted in massive global dependence on China, and destroyed scores of American companies and lower middle class jobs. They steal our IP with abandon, and are not the biggest global threat we have. Yay?

Again though. What is the problem we have with Cuba getting oil? I get why we did. Are we just living on nationalizing oil and US private business interest 60 years ago? That's a lot of money to waste at this point.

The US sells China oil every single day. I get we posture but we trade and support China and aren't really slowing down.

China is even allowed to buy and hold US debt.

This is going to be the "in" the US needs. Render aid and then takeover.

It would be even cooler if Trump could make the USA not a shithole again.

Although I voted for most of his shenanigans I want some shite to start happening Domestically too.

I don't think people know who is in charge of Venezuela and that there is no election scheduled. Or that the last election produced a winner that the new government does not recognize nor have plans to cede power to.

I'm racking up downvotes for saying no woman, Machado or Rodriguez, was elected president in that election.

Cuba has always had more electrical downtime than uptime. Maybe if they admitted communism doesn't work, they could get some more lights turned on.
