Another subject that's tied at the ankles to this massive problem in our midst.....I cringe every time I think about the money being poured into the downtown / mid-city area knowing the horrible crime areas within walking distance....
This city had better start taking this shite seriously or it will die right along with the victims of these lawless bastards.
