We've had 18 homicides in Seattle this year. Had 50 last year. Rough on these streets.

Anyone with a brain knows that the cases are few and far between. Typically the cases involve a perp who is non compliant as well. I can’t stand it either, but for a pop siz off 330 million +, we had it good.

I don't blame them for leaving. Why would anyone consider a career in law enforcement today? Having said that, the explosion in crime is due to the fact criminals are now emboldened. They just don't fear police anymore.
