Hovers between 725ish and 750ish for now. Moved cities and took out a loan to renovate the new house, then paid off both cars so everything is negative impact wise, despite no late payments ever and under 10% usage.

808 = I am leaving wealth building value on table.

Goal is wealth-building.

Not highest credit score!

Don’t let ego put crack in your net worth.

Use others’ $ in the right way will hurt your max credit score but will w enrich your wealth.

Good luck!

Buddy of mine had an 850. Paid his mortgage off and it dropped 30 points immediately.

It’s not too late to fix that.

Max credit score = leaving wealth-building value on the table.

Good luck.

All 800+ peacocks may want to rethink their goal.

It ain’t max credit score.

Your future self will thank you.

Wealth-building and max credit score are not congruent.

I've got everything I want/ need.
Really no expenses except gas, water and elec.

We travel a fair amount, we each have our hobbies.

We are in good health.

Plenty of money in the bank.
