While I agree with that sentiment, it’s not that black and white. When employers start mandating vaccines it becomes more than just get it or not. Comply or put yourself at serious financial risk. It’s bullshite.

Most people are too dumb to comprehend vaccination for only certain age groups. Also way too many selfish people trying to protect themselves by vaccinating everyone

If this is really true, this is more alarming than just the information.

It's very alarming but not surprising. Our media is North Korea level bad and honestly may be worse.

They are the true enemy we face today

Well we are chatting about misinformation. I think the biggest lie spread by anti-vaxers is this concern about long-term side effects. Reputable virologists have discounted this theory yet anti-vaccine fear mongers have continued to spread it.

This article is scientists and doctors who are responding to concerns about the vaccine.

quote:

Many of the vaccine reluctant have expressed vague concerns that, perhaps, the trials have simply failed to identify dangerous side effects that will suddenly appear round about the time that most of the population is fully vaccinated. Paul Offit, director of the Vaccine Education Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, called those assertions highly unlikely. In the history of vaccines, he noted, side effects have always appeared within two months of administration. “There are no long-term effects where you find that one year, two years, later your child or you develop some problem that wasn’t picked up initially,” Offit said. “It has never happened.”

The push for vaccines should be in those:
Over 50
BMI over 30
Diabetes

So at least 50% if not more of the country.

Exactly, it's much easier for a lard arse to insist on everyone getting the vaccination so they can keep shoveling food from the trough than it is for them to lose some weight.

To be fair, though, the mRNA Covid vaccines are the first mRNA vaccines for human use. Just because older vaccines haven't had long term issues doesn't mean that new technology won't.

Older vaccines did have issues. The injury rate from the smallpox vaccine was extremely high.

I was just countering part of what I quoted and making the point that even if that is the case, it doesn't mean that will apply to new technology.

The guilting, shaming, and arm twisting over the vaccine dwarfs the whole mask deal.

My work says we can go back to the office now without our masks! IF, we can show proof of vaccination……. I’ve never seen anything like this before in my life.
